Who can write a review

Only customers who purchased a product or service via run-it.be, or participated in a Run-It test program, can write a review.

How reviews are collected

Reviews are collected via our website (Shopify), Google Reviews, Trustpilot, or by email. After a purchase or participation in a test, customers receive an invitation to share feedback about their experience with Run-It.

How authenticity is verified

Each review is linked to an order, payment, or participation in a Run-It analysis or test program. Reviews without confirmed participation are not published.

Whether reviews are edited

We may lightly edit reviews for readability (e.g., shortening, spelling), but the substance and intent remain the same.

Whether all reviews are published

We publish all received reviews from verified customers—both positive and less positive. On the homepage, we display a short selection of testimonials.

How to report a fake review

Fake or misleading reviews can be reported via brechtc@run-it.be. We investigate every report within 14 days and remove the review if necessary.
