FAQ
Do I need a Stryd subscription?
No. The free app is sufficient for this analysis.
Do I have to connect my watch?
Optional. Without a watch you run with your phone + Stryd pod.
My run isn’t showing in the app — what now?
Go to the pods icon (green dot) → Sync Stryd and Sync Footpath. Check Bluetooth/Internet and try again.
Which shoes should I wear during the test?
Preferably your most-used daily trainer. Extreme racers can distort the baseline measurement.
What if I had pauses or the route wasn’t flat?
Small deviations are fine. Big hills or many pauses? Consider repeating the run.
