To truly determine if a running shoe suits you, it's essential to experience it during an actual run, not just by trying it on briefly in a store. Our platform offers you the opportunity to rent and test various high-quality running shoes in real-world conditions, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your running style and performance needs.
By becoming a member, you can enjoy free shoe testing and receive a 15% discount at TraKKs!
Technically, there’s no limit. We don’t track or restrict how far you run with the shoes. This is part of the premium service we offer, giving you the freedom to test them properly.
That said, we recommend keeping your runs between 5-15 km. This range is ideal for testing a shoe, as it allows you to get a feel for the fit, comfort, and performance without excessive wear.
Yes! we prioritize hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all returned shoes. Our process includes removing dirt and debris, thoroughly washing the shoes, and providing SmellWell pouches to maintain freshness during your rental period. These measures ensure each pair is safe and fresh for the next user.
No problem! A Strava account isn’t required to use our core rental service. However, to optimally benefit from our experience, it is recommended to have a Strava account. By joining our private Strava group, you gain additional benefits such as exclusive challenges, rewards, and access to our private events.
Please note that if you’re not part of the Strava club, you will need to manually report your mileage (in kilometers) after each test run. This allows us to track the mileage on the shoes, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for every rental and retired timely.
