How it works

1. You pick two shoes you’re considering.
2. You do one run with your Stryd pod on your normal route at steady intervals.
3. We analyze your Stryd metrics and compare them to our shoe-level feedback dataset.
4. You get clear verdicts for both models: Great / Good / Not ideal fit + a preview of three form metrics with quick tips.
